Lighthouse Estate Management was born from a realization that luxury waterfront properties require more than just a caretaker; they require a steward with a builder’s eye.
For decades, our parent company, Timmerman Scott Builders, has crafted some of the most remarkable estates in Northern Ontario. Through that process, we saw a recurring need: owners wanted the same level of expertise used to build their homes to be applied to maintaining them year-round.
We didn’t want to just offer a “watchman” service. We wanted to provide a proactive, comprehensive management system that safeguards the architectural integrity and mechanical complexity of modern legacy estates.
